"Mid straw-yellow. Racy and mineral with crushed stones on first pour before settling with air to reveal lemon, green apples, together with some verbena and bakery aromas. Quite powerful on the palate, with a fine line of acidity and a saline finish. Orchard fruits, some herb, and further mineral nuances. Orange rind/oil (think Chiffon cake) emerges with time. A vital, fresh, and quite mineral expression of Saint-Aubin: the way it should be done." - David
