"The current disgorgement of Stefano Lubiana’s non-vintage ‘red label’ Brut Reserve exudes Pinot-led charm at every turn, from the faint blush in the glass to the red-fruited nose that bursts with rose petals and redcurrant jelly. Additionally, there are crushed citrus leaves, lemon confit, cornflakes, and faint hints of  pâté. The palate here is fresh, toasty, and full, yet despite these descriptors is unencumbered either by excessive dosage or lees work. Nicely balanced. Dancing across the palate are redcurrants, citrus zest, toasted bran flakes and wheat rusk, and hints of praline. Dangerously drinkable, without having to think about it too much." — David
