"Pouring pale straw green in the glass, the Sentio 2024 Aligote unwinds with notions of pear oil, lemon pith, and green walnut; with lees-derived savoury aromas of bran and toasted oatmeal in reserve. The expansive palate offers good concentration as well as a silken mouthfeel, a feature common to all the 2024 releases.
