"There is unalloyed joie de vivre in this wine. A pristine and blushingly light pink in colour, this cheekily-named ‘Cremant’ bursts from the glass with notes of macerated strawberries, rose petals, crushed rock, and roasted wheat. Aeration, if you can hold it in your glass long enough without needing a refresh pour, brings redcurrant jelly and slight pate aromas. The palate is fresh with the dosage adding breadth and weight.
