Mise en Place 2025 Rutherglen Palomino

"A richer vein of gold-yellow than its peers, the 2025 Rutherglen Palomino from Mise en Place wines bursts from the glass with aromas of dried pear and peach blossom. Trimming are nuances of sea spray and  fresh cashews with complexifying touches of green olive, caper, and salted peach. The palate is tremendously satisfying. Full stop. Can I write that? A Great Wave of racy acidity renders the fresh and dried orchard fruit flavours most moreish, reaching a surging, salty crescendo 2/3-through. The finish: sneakily long and sprinkled in briny, nutty nuances. A short ride in a fast machine, for sure." — David
