"The NV White Port from Kopke is classically aromatically distinct with fresh with preserved lemon, verbena, almond and peach kernel, firm apricot grounding the wine and allowing top notes of citrus leaf, orange rind, and saffron to mingle with subtle oxidative and cellar notes which add complexity. The palate is light and feathery with chalky, structuring acidity refreshing before a saline finish that is nicely balanced between richer notes and dry oxidative touches.
