"En boutasse is a tiny 1ha, 40+ year old plot of Poulsard, Savagnin and a variety of bizarre hybrids you've never heard of. 

The most alluring, almost glowing hue of ruby in the glass, I think sometimes you can judge a book by its cover. Tart Pomegranate, macerated strawberries, a little amaro tinged spice jump out the glass. Absolutely silken mouthfeel, like drinking a cloud! Such full and pure fruit, raspberries, redskin lolly and chinotto peel fan into the most delicate fruit derived tannin structure. I love this wine, and it's just an absolute pleasure to drink.
