"Slightly opaque at the core, mid ruby-violet with hints of garnet. A simply delightful aromatic profile that makes one think of the Bourgognes of yesteryear. Dark cherry and wild strawberry are wrapped in floral notes and trimmed, as per the house norm, in hints of tobacco and smoky minerals. There is great definition to these elements yet ample pleasure to be had here. Now that is balance.
