Craiglee 2020 Sunbury Shiraz

"What more can I add to the piles of critical praise heaped on this wine? To my distracted senses: warm earth, bush garrigue, raspberry and blackberry with some medicinal tincture, potpourri, spicebox; all these in cascade. The palate feels more locked down, less exuberant than what presents aromatically, soundly medium-bodied with tannins and spice aplenty. Dark fruits and roasting tray, earth both red and black; there are hints from the delicatessen: black olives, bresaola, fennel seed. Very enjoyable and worthy of its status." - David
