Clo Wines 2022 Tumbarumba Rose 'Oxygen'

"Pinot Noir from the Mountain View vineyard in Tumbarumba. Very rocky, Granitic soil.
Foot stomped and left for a short 4 hour maceration. Pressed off to old barrels for fermentation and then a long elevage. Lovely salmon copper colour. Beautiful wild berry perfume. Fleshy and lees infused creaminess on the mid palate. Some good texture from the short maceration keeps the back tight with some tannic structure. Seriously complex and such a wild herb amaro inflicted finish." - Will
