The aromatic presence of this wine is key, and unique in this country, with some preserved orchard fruits, lemon confit, a hint of crushed rock blending with praline, sea-spray, and a delightful fermenting yoghurt quality. The palate is expansive with a phenolic softness matched to fruit richness. Yellow peaches and cream, in short. The influence here is clearly Ganevat. Delicious." - David
