"A perfectly clear mid gold-yellow with touches of straw. Bracing nose of curry leaf, salted almonds, and these intriguing and slightly dangerous cellar aromas. To ponder further: marine trimmed fresh and dried yellow orchard fruit, preserved lemon, and warm white calcareous soil. Fulsome and nuanced there is so much detail here that I care not to analyse as this wine is just too delicious. Almond, apricot, fennel seed, bread dough, broth, citrus piths, and salts all rush past in a blur. The finish is drying, lifted, and refreshing; naturally it invites another sip/glass/bottle. Utterly delicious. Very good." — David
