“I will be blunt. Domaine Servin has long been one of my favourite producers in Chablis. The wines produced here by Francois Servin and (Australian!) Mark Cameron are simply superb. They delight the purist.
I should also note that their 1er Crus are sub-$100, un-allocated, and remain unbowed when drunk side-by-side with Dauvissat, easily trumping lesser and pricier Domaines.
We will be joined by local legend Pierre Stock. Pierre, having served his time behind bar at France Soir, now imports an exquisite portfolio of wines into Australia. His charm and knowledge, not to mention affection for the Servin wines, will delight those who come along!”
