Le Tuffeau has changed.
Well, not yet. There remains a hefty amount of labour to be executed before said change is manifested in our little space.
I am proud to announce that when we reopen this year (from Tuesday 20/01), Le Tuffeau will have a few tables and chairs in situ … and be open for you, dear readers, to have a drink on premises.
We are currently working out a reserve wine list, bringing out rarities from the cellar and are re-arranging the space slightly to accommodate some petit bistrot seating, etc. The focus will be, of course, on fine wines served with a the smallest modicum of our wit. Expect a few snacks as well, in the name of responsible service.
In the mean time: thank-you for all your support last year! Your readership, not to mention your custom, has meant a lot to me. I am touched that this rag has been read, digested, and followed up … and that I am not merely throwing these notes out to the digital ether.
