Cooper will be bringing down his fresh and fantastic 2025 Oria-Riff Dry Red and Dry White, and Alessandro will be debuting his yet-unreleased 2024 ‘Vignola’ Sangiovese together with the very special ‘Supera’ Cabernet Sauvignon, a nod to the Super Tuscan wines of yesteryear. Did I mention I had a hand in making the barrel selection for the latter?
Come meet two of Australia’s most in-demand young winemakers. Maybe we will end up taking 40 people (without a booking!) to Shark Fin Inn afterwards for dinner … again.”
